Google Postmaster Tools

Yahoo Feedback Loop (FBL)
Yahoo provides complaint feedback for senders who register at senders.yahoo.com. Registration requires: sending domain, IP range, FBL email address for complaint delivery, and verification that you control the sending domain.
Yahoo FBL complaints arrive as ARF-formatted emails. The original message is attached. Extract the recipient address and add to global suppression immediately.

Daily Monitoring Checklist
- Google Postmaster Tools: spam rate, domain reputation, authentication (08:00 CET)
- SNDS: IP status for all sending IPs (09:00 CET)
- Process any JMRP complaints received overnight (add to suppression)
- Process any Yahoo FBL complaints received overnight (add to suppression)
- Blacklist check via monitoring tool or manual MXToolbox scan
Register all sending domains and IPs with these programs BEFORE your first campaign send. Postmaster data accumulates over time — early registration means you have historical baseline data when you need it for troubleshooting.
