How It Works

Three steps, then your credit arrives

1

Identify someone who needs this

Think of a business you know that sends email at volume — e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, agencies, publishers, fintech. If they're complaining about deliverability, inbox placement, or spam folder issues, they're a good candidate. If they're on a shared ESP and growing past 500,000 sends per month, they're a great candidate.

2

Submit the referral form below

Fill in the contact details for the business you're referring, and a brief note on their situation. We'll reach out within one business day to introduce ourselves and offer a free infrastructure consultation. Your referral is tracked from the moment you submit — you'll receive confirmation by email with a referral ID for your records.

3

Receive €250 when they activate

Once the referred business signs up for an active plan and completes their first billing cycle, €250 is applied as credit to your account. You'll receive an email notification when the credit is posted. The credit can be applied to any invoice — infrastructure plans, IP pools, add-on services, or renewal cycles.

Who to refer

The senders who benefit most from this conversation

Not every sender needs dedicated infrastructure — but the ones who do usually know it. If any of these describe someone you know, they're worth introducing to us.

Refer them now
Sending 500K+ emails per month
At this volume, shared IP reputation becomes a significant risk. Dedicated infrastructure starts making financial sense.
Recently hit by a blacklisting or spam folder problem
Reactive moments are when dedicated infrastructure conversations start. We can help diagnose and recover.
On a shared ESP and outgrowing it
Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo — all shared infrastructure. Great at lower volumes, limiting as senders scale.
Agency managing email for multiple brands
Agencies need IP pool isolation between clients. A bad campaign from one client shouldn't damage others.

Common questions

How will I know if my referral was accepted?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a referral ID immediately after submission. When the referred company activates and completes their first billing cycle, you'll receive a second email confirming the €250 credit has been applied to your account.

What if the person I refer already knows about Cloud Server for Email?

That's fine — you still get credit as long as they haven't previously been a client and haven't submitted their own inquiry before your referral. If they're in an active sales conversation already, the credit attribution depends on timing. When in doubt, submit the referral and we'll confirm attribution.

Can I refer someone who doesn't know I'm doing it?

We ask that referrals have given permission for us to contact them. Cold introductions where the contact isn't expecting to hear from us tend to start relationships poorly. A warm introduction — even a brief "I've been using this infrastructure and think you should talk to them" — works much better for everyone.

Is there a minimum contract size for the referral to qualify?

Yes — the referred company must sign up for an active infrastructure plan. Free consultations or trial periods alone do not trigger the credit. The minimum qualifying plan is any of our active monthly infrastructure plans. One-time services do not qualify.

Can I refer companies in any country?

Yes. We serve clients globally and there's no geographic restriction on referrals. We have particular depth in EU, US, and LATAM infrastructure, so clients in those regions tend to see the strongest results, but we work with senders worldwide.
